Subscriber Services THE BLOOD-HORSE has renewed its pledge for world-class customer service with the opening of its new Subscriber Services Center in Lexington, Kentucky. By calling 1-800-582-5604 subscribers will reach a trained customer service representative who can answer questions and process subscriptions, renewals, gift subscriptions, and address changes. Our new state-of-the art system allows us to process new orders and address changes effective with the next issue mailed. Customers may contact our Subscriber Service Representative directly through e-mail or telephone or choose to leave their information on our automated order processing system.
